We are aware of issues that some Waimakariri Libraries Borrowbox accounts are having currently. The issues are unique to our library network. A recent service update has affected some accounts and caused log outs.
If your account won't let you log back in there are a few things you can do:
If those actions do not work the next step is to email support@bolindadigital.com about your issue. In the email, please include your full name, library barcode and PIN so the Borrowbox support team can investigate any issues with your account if need be. Here's an email template you can use:
Hi team,
My name is __________ and I am a Waimakariri Libraries user. I have been logged out of my account on Borrowbox. A password reset, PIN Change and uninstallation and reinstallation hasn’t solved the issue.
My library card is ___________and my PIN is ______.
Can you please investigate any issues with my account.
