Need Digital Help? Our Digi Coaches will be based at Kaiapoi Library from 17-28 March.
From 4 March - 23 May, Rangiora Library will be hosting Digi-Coaches participating in a pilot programme by DIAA (Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa) and Ministry of Social Development, which gives them hands-on experience working in digital support while taking them through a tailored programme increasing their work-readiness.
Our friendly Digi-Coaches Joshua and Quintin will be providing digital support, just like our popular Device Advice service, at Rangiora Library on weekdays between 10am and 2pm.
We are excited to be able to extend the hours of digital support for our hapori in the coming 12 weeks! So if you have a new device you would like help with, would like to learn more about our eLibrary and how to access it, or any other issue with using your smartphone, tablet, laptop or other device, pop into Rangiora Library Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm and Joshua and Quintin will be delighted to assist you! When: Weekdays, 10am-2pmWhere: Rangiora Library
Note: While we have our Digi Coaches, there will be no regular Device Advice in Rangiora. Instead, we will run an eLibrary Lounge demonstrating how to use our eResources. Kaiapoi and Oxford will continue to run their regular Device Advice sessions.
Our Digi Coaches will be based at Kaiapoi Library from 17-28 March due to the temporary closure of Rangiora Library from 16-30 March.
