Take and Make Craft at Waimakariri Libraries
Take and Make Craft
We are thrilled to introduce you to our trial of Take and Make Craft packs, available in limited numbers at our three libraries.
With Rangiora Library’s after school craft group on hold in the Red Traffic Light setting, we didn’t want our community to miss out on the crafting fun.
We have made up a limited number of crafting packs for you, and you’ll be able to follow along with video instructions. The packs are ready to be picked up from our three libraries now, and the video instructions will be available on the Waimakariri Libraries Facebook Page and website on the afternoon of Thursday 17 February.
These packs are aimed at the 5-12yr age group. All you will need to supply are scissors, glue and colouring-in materials. 🖍️✂️
Please ask a friendly member of the Library Team for your Take and Make Craft Pack at Oxford, Kaiapoi, or Rangiora Library, and remember – numbers are strictly limited so be in quick!
If you are unable to provide a vaccine pass but would still like to pick up a Take and Make Pack, we can make that happen. Simply give us a ring during our opening hours and let us know when you would like to collect it and we will bring a pack out to you. This service is available strictly during opening hours only.
We would love to see your finished products and to hear any feedback you have on this new service. Tag us on Facebook or Instagram @waimakaririlibraries #WaimakLibs or email library@wmk.govt.nz.
Happy Crafting from the Waimakariri Libraries Team 😃
