Rangiora Library will remain open and accessible throughout the duration of the Percival Street Roadworks.

Waimakariri District Council are replacing the water main in Percival Street between Queen and Alfred Streets as the current supply main has reached its end of life.

Work started on 27 July and is expected to last around one month.

On street parking spaces will be limited throughout the duration of the work. Access to the carpark at Rangiora Library will remain open. However, for part of the works the entrance from Percival Street will be entry only, with exit at King Street.

On August 19, there will be no water supply at Rangiora Library resulting in a closure of the toilets for that day. If you need to use the parenting room on this day, it will be available on request. Alternative toilets are available at the Rangiora Service Centre, including an accessible bathroom. Drinking water will still be available through the water cooler by the returns shelf.
