Waimakariri Libraries are always looking at ways we can improve our services. We want our libraries to be the best, most inclusive and easily accessible experience for all.
As a public library in Aotearoa, we are a member of PLNZ (Public Libraries of New Zealand). PLNZ wants to hear from you via their 2026 PLNZ Community Impact Survey. The survey runs from 9.00am Monday 2 November to 5.00pm Friday 18 December 2026. Please note: data collected before 9.00am, Monday 2 November will be deleted.
If you're a member of Waimakariri Libraries and use our spaces or our services, PLNZ wants to hear from you. Hearing from you will help them understand the role and value of libraries in communities around New Zealand. Submissions will also identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Survey results will be published on the PLNZ website and sent to the participating libraries.
This is the only annual survey we will be asking you to do this year. By sharing your experience, you can help us make changes, create plans and improve our service.
Have your say on the role of libraries in Aotearoa through PLNZ's Community Impact Survey.
Printed copies of the survey will also be available in all our library locations. If you need help locating a copy or would like assistance completing the survey, please speak to a library team member for support.
