Celebrate Sustainability this Spring at Waimakariri Libraries.
Learn from local gardening and community groups, and gain knowledge about seed saving and seed raising.
Some seeds, soil, and containers will be provided, but bring your own seeds to exchange, recycled containers to sow your seeds in, and plants to swap if you can.
Waimakariri Libraries are hosting events at all of our libraries at the following times and locations, coinciding with the traditional planting period after Show Weekend:
Oxford Library Tuesday 3 November, 3.30pm to 5.00pm
Kaiapoi Library Wednesday 4 November, 3.30pm to 5.00pm
Rangiora Library Thursday 5 November, 3.30pm to 5.00pm
