Waimakariri Libraries offers a range of digital skills classes for our community. These small group classes take place in a relaxed and friendly environment and can be booked through the library, or via steppingup.nz
In partnership with Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa, Waimakariri Libraries provide a range of two hour digital skills classes. Topics covered include intro to smartphones, using apps and online library resources. These classes run during term times only. For current classes, ask at your library, or visit Rangiora Library, Kaiapoi Library, or Oxford Library
The Digital Skills for Seniors course is a five part course, with each session usually running for 2 hours once a week. These courses provide an opportunity for people to improve their understanding and confidence in using digital resources, including topics such as going online, using email and social media.
