Do you have old photographs, negatives or slides that you’d like to digitise? Learn how to transform them into digital files with our Slide Scanner at Rangiora Library. In your first session we’ll teach you how to use it - all you need to bring is your physical items, a usb stick or portable hard drive (32MB or more), and a little bit of patience. Book your introductory session via our Book a Librarian Form, phone or email.
If you need more than the introductory session to digitise your memories you can book a time to use the slide scanner by email or phone.
Do your personal photographs, slides or negatives tell the story of Waimakariri? If you have images of local groups, events, or places we'd love for you to add them to Waimakariri Heritage. Ask us about Waimakarir Heritage when you're next in.
